International photography platform for young people

Children of Vision supports creative self-expression and empowers children and teenagers to show their unique vision of the world through photography.
This project began in 2003, inspired by my experience of volunteering for children with impaired vision from the Kiev Special School of Art. These children blew me away with their creativity, resilience, and can-do attitude, and later became the focus of my photography series Children of Vision.
Observing how creativity can be used in extraordinary ways to overcome challenges inspired this international photography platform for young people, creating a photomosaic with images submitted by young contributors from around the world.
Previous submissions have been featured as part of the Children of Vision exhibition at the National Art and Culture Museum Complex in Kiev, Ukraine in September 2018, and at the Diffusion international photography festival at ffotogallary, Cardiff, in April 2019.
